Submitted Form Data
When you sign up, you provide us with your name and email address. If you sign up using Facebook Login, we collect your Meta identification information as well.
Users who have signed up for Insider Access – known as Insiders – may provide additional information at their discretion, such as completing their profile with information about their role in education, or filling out a testimonial.
Filling out a Contact form also collects the personal information you provide, namely your name and email address.
Users may also sign up for our Mailing List, for which we use MailChimp. Such users volunteer their name and email address so that we can send them our newsletter or other emails.
Donator’s Data
This website uses DonorBox to receive donations. When giving a donation, donors willing provide information such as their name and credit card information. Donors may choose to save their information with DonorBox to easily access and update their donations at any point in the future.
Insights to English does not directly collect any of the information provided through donations, although DonorBox informs us of the donor’s name and the amount they gave. You can read DonorBox’s Privacy Policy here.

Articles on this site may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website.

However, some of our contracts with service providers and other third parties may require us to comply with the CCPA, the MCDPA, and similar privacy acts. Users of our Services who are California or Minnesota residents may have certain rights related to their Personal Information, such as the right to:

Children’s Privacy
Insights recognizes the need to provide further privacy protections with respect to Personal Information of children. We do not knowingly collect any Personal Information from children under 16 without obtaining consent from the child’s parent or guardian. Generally, registration for Insider Access is only available to those age 16 or older. If a child under age 16 wishes to register on the Services, we require the child’s parent or legal guardian provide consent for the registration via our email confirmation process before we activate the child’s registration. If we do not receive parental or guardian consent within 24 hours of the child’s registration request, we will delete any Personal Information the child may have provided to us as part of their registration request. If you are under 16 and your parent or guardian has not completed our registration and consent process, we instruct you to not use the Services, make donations, or otherwise provide use with any Personal Information.
Insights to English is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit corporation and therefore is exempt from the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act. Nevertheless, we value the privacy of children who may find our content informational. All the provisions of this Privacy Notice apply to all users of the Services, including children.
